Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, CHANTELI & Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, colored, or installed hair products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.shopchanteli@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the original packaging

If approved, we will gladly replace the incorrect or damaged item.

Refunds are only considered if CHANTELI & Co. determines there was an error on our part..
