Caring for Your CHANTELI & Co. Raw Hair

Before Installation 🤎

Before installing your CHANTELI bundles, we recommend washing and conditioning the hair first. Let the bundles air dry completely so you can see the hair in its natural state before styling.

● Check your bundles before removing the security ties.

● For the best results, we recommend having your bundles installed by a licensed or experienced stylist.

● Planning to bleach or color your bundles? We recommend having it done by a professional to help protect the hair and maintain its quality.

Washing

● Wash your hair every 1–2 weeks or as needed.

● Use a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

● Gently detangle before washing, starting from the ends and working your way up.

● Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Conditioning

● Deep condition your hair regularly to keep it soft and hydrated.

● Avoid applying heavy oils directly to the wefts.

Heat Styling

● Always use a heat protectant before applying heat.

● Use the lowest effective temperature to help preserve the hair.

Sleeping

● Wrap your hair with a silk or satin scarf or bonnet.

● Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase is also recommended.

Swimming

● Wet your hair with clean water before entering a pool or ocean.

● Rinse and condition immediately after swimming.

Storage

● Store your extensions in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

With proper care, authentic raw hair can be reused for multiple installs and continue looking beautiful over time.
