PRE-ORDER 🤎

Our raw hair is available by pre-order, which means your hair is ordered right after you secure your spot.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose your texture and length.

  2. Place your order.

  3. CHANTELI & Co. puts your order in.

  4. The hair takes about 4–5 business days to arrive to us.

  5. Once your hair arrives, it is freshly washed, given 1 full business day to air-dry completely, and then packaged and shipped straight to you.

Please allow about 7–14 business days total for your order to arrive at your door (though it often gets to you sooner!).
