Our hair is available by pre-order, which means we order your hair after you place your order. Please allow 4–5 business days for the hair to arrive to CHANTELI & Co. before your order is prepared and shipped.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 4–5 business days for your hair to arrive to CHANTELI & Co. After it arrives, your order will be prepared and shipped. If you add our Pre-Wash Service, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

What textures do you offer?

We currently offer two textures:

✨ Silk Press Straight — Natural Straight Raw Hair

What’s the difference between Natural Ends and Full Ends?

Signature Natural Ends have a softer, more natural-looking finish.

Signature Full Ends give you a fuller look with thicker ends.

Can I get my hair pre-washed?

Yes! 🫧 Add our CHANTELI Pre-Wash Service to your order and we’ll wash and completely air-dry your hair before packaging it. This adds 1 business day to processing.
